Welcome to GrowChief! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GrowChief’s website, platform, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use GrowChief.

GrowChief provides tools to help users manage, automate, and optimize their outreach and engagement on supported social media platforms.
- GrowChief is not affiliated with any social media network (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Your use of GrowChief must comply with the terms of those third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any consequences if your accounts are limited, restricted, or suspended due to violations of third-party rules.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically, you must not:
- Use the Services for spam, harassment, or misleading campaigns.
- Violate applicable laws, including data protection, privacy, and marketing regulations (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
- Attempt to circumvent restrictions of social media platforms.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform in ways we did not intend.
GrowChief reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Fees & Payment
- Some Services are provided free of charge; others may require payment.
- Subscription fees (where applicable) are billed in advance and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
- GrowChief reserves the right to change its pricing with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
- GrowChief owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and content.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
7. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations
- GrowChief relies on APIs and integrations with third-party services. We cannot guarantee the availability, stability, or continued compatibility with these third parties.
- If a third-party platform changes or restricts its policies, GrowChief may limit or discontinue related functionality without liability.
8. Disclaimers
- GrowChief is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee results, uninterrupted service, or that outreach will not trigger restrictions from third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- GrowChief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to GrowChief in the past 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowChief, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or losses arising out of:
- Your use of the Services;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of third-party rights or laws.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Breach these Terms;
- Misuse the Services;
- Fail to pay applicable fees.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Services immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
